Privacy Policy

Anotera Training Pty Ltd (Anotera) will collect personal information from you if you contact Anotera to request services offered by Anotera or information about these services. Anotera will also collect personal information about you if you subscribe to Anotera’s services.

Anotera provides online training services.  In order to provide these services, Anotera will request personal information from you including:

(a)       your name;

(b)       your email address;

(c)       date or birth;

(d)       country of residence;

(e)       credit card, debit card or bank account details;

(f)        health information relevant to your participation in a training program; and

(g)       information regarding your training preferences.

Your name and email address will be requested at the time you request information from Anotera so that we can provide you with the requested information.  

Other types of personal information will be collected by Anotera as relevant to a service requested by you.  This personal information will be collected from you at the time that you request a service from Anotera and during the provision of that service.  

The personal information collected by Anotera will be stored securely.

The personal information collected from you will be used by Anotera for the purposes of:

(a)       providing the information or service requested by you;

(b)       communicating with you regarding any service requested by you;

(c)       administering Anotera’s business in regard to information or a service requested by you;

(d)       internal business planning and service development by Anotera; and

(e)       marketing other services provided by Anotera, provided that you have not indicated to Anotera at the time the personal information was collected or subsequently that you want to ‘opt out’ of marketing materials.  You may opt out of receiving marketing materials by emailing coach@boxingbrothersoc.com.

Anotera engages service providers to support its business.  These services providers include:

·           Stripe;

·           Mailchimp;

·           Healthmarks; and

·           Memberspace.

Your personal information will only be disclosed to these service providers if necessary for the provision of a service requested by you or to protect Anotera’s legitimate business interests (eg. administer Anotera’s business).  Details of how each service provider will handle your personal information is available on the service provider’s website.

As part of your subscription to Boxing Brother Online Coaching, you are able to join The Brotherhood Facebook Group.  Personal information which you disclose when participating in this group will be available to other participants and Facebook.  Facebook’s Data Policy can be accessed on its website.

Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other person, except as required or authorised by law.  Anotera does not disclose personal information to persons located overseas.

By providing your personal information to Anotera, you are consenting to the collection, use and disclosure of that personal information as set out in this privacy policy.

You may choose not to provide your personal information to Anotera.  However, if you do not provide requested personal information, Anotera may not be able to provide you with the information or services which you request.

You may access the personal information about you held by Anotera by emailing the Privacy Officer at coach@boxingbrothersoc.com.

If you are aware that personal information held by Anotera about you is incorrect, please also notify corrections to the Privacy Officer.

If you believe that Anotera has breached the Australian Privacy Principles, please bring the matter to the attention of the Privacy Officer. Your complaint will be investigated, and a written response will beprovided to you.
